The China PTAC Comms company are buying 2 billion US Dollars worth of Nokia mobile phones. PTAC are currently in talks with Nokia about developing channels for sales and further promotions of products.

China Postel are the biggest distributor of mobile phones  in china. Nokia seem to be keeping quiet about the deal and deny claims that it will have any changes in the Chinese business arena.
